DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 9:00 am. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO PICK UP FOOD. WE WILL NO LONGER ALLOW MULTIPLE PICK UPS BY ONE PERSON.
Food will be distributed monthly on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
1. Please do not arrive before 9:00 am. Arriving too early causes backups on Beech Daly.
2. While waiting in line for food distribution, do not leave your vehicle unattended.
3. You must be present to receive food.
4. In the event of inclement weather, Helps will be closed (if the schools are closed or closing, we will, too). Check www.helpsontheway.org to confirm.
5. In some cases, like heavy rain, the clothing bank may be closed.
6. When utilizing the clothing bank, please remember that we service many families. Do not take more than 2 bags of clothes. If you have a special need, email us at www.helpsontheway.org or speak with a volunteer. Anyone abusing this policy will be asked to leave and forfeit the clothing bank privilege.
7. Do not abuse our volunteers. Confrontation, swearing or physical threats will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
8. Be courteous to others while waiting in line. Do not confront, swear, or physically threaten other clients. This type of behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.
9. Do not toss cigarettes out of your window and do not litter while on our property.
10. Our distribution is outside. Do not enter our buildings without approval. See a volunteer is you need additional assistance.
11. Based on social welfare (COVID) and economic conditions, policy and procedures are subject to change. In such cases, notification will be provided.

We will have an emergency food distribution and winter coats on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 10:00 am to noon.
